As you head north out of the Ketchum city limits, the road opens to the expansive view of the Boulder mountains. North of Ketchum provides more open space, views and easy access to the Bigwood river, trail systems and Nordic skiing. Several high end neighborhoods flank the road going north, and Hulen Meadows is a local’s favorite for a real community within a neighborhood. This area consists of 8 miles going north until you reach the SNRA headquarters which is the beginning of Public Lands offering boundless recreational access for backcountry skiing, hiking, mountain biking and much more.
