About Katherine Schroder

Katherine started her real estate career as an assistant to a commercial broker at NAI Batten & Moore while a student at The College of Charleston in South Carolina. After graduating with a degree in Corporate Communications, Katherine left the beach for the mountains of Idaho. After a few years in Idaho, Katherine joined the team at Thunder Spring Real Estate specializing in high-end condominiums and fractional ownership in Ketchum. Working first as office manager and assistant to the broker, Katherine then earned her Idaho Real Estate Sales license. She continued her real estate career as the in-house real estate agent for VP Companies working with the team on development and investment projects throughout the Intermountain West. Katherine started selling residential real estate in 2011 and has been working hard for her clients ever since. Katherine’s work ethic is that of honesty, integrity, and dedication to making your next real estate purchase or sale a positive experience. Katherine’s husband is an outdoor industry professional and they have two children at Hemingway Elementary School. Katherine serves as the Hemingway Elementary School Parent Auxiliary President and is active in other ways in the community too. She loves to hike, mountain bike, spend time on the river and at the lakes, and of course ski!
